By accessing, viewing, browsing or using the materials or services available on or through this website, you, as the user, would be indicating that you understand and intend these Terms and Conditions to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written document and binding.
To enter the Colombo Lotus Tower, one must possess a valid ticket issued at the gate of the Colombo Lotus Tower and it must be retained at all times during the visit and submitted for inspection if required by any member of the staff.
The failure to produce a valid ticket, on request, may result in removal from the Tower.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable and lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets are not replaceable.
One ticket purchased entitles one person entry to the Tower on a single occasion. If visitors want to return to the Tower, after leaving it, they must buy another ticket.
Visitors must present a valid document (NIC, Passport and Driving License) with staff upon request to prove their nationality to issue the tickets.
The prices of the tickets may vary from time to time and the prices advertised are not guaranteed. The decision to decide the prices of the tickets will lie at the sole discretion of the management of the Colombo Lotus Tower.
Tickets will allow entry only to the observation deck located on the 7th Floor of the Tower House. The visitors may have to purchase additional tickets or make additional payments to obtain access to other areas of the Tower.
Any ticket purchased shall only be valid for use on the date of purchase.
The Management of the Colombo Lotus Tower reserves the right to vary the day or the time the Tower would be open, or to close the Tower, without any prior notice, for reasons of force majeure, health and safety and/or security.
The visit is not recommended for people with cardiovascular and muscular disorders.
You will be required to take a high speed elevator to reach the observation deck.

The Management of the Colombo Lotus Tower reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor who is behaving in an indecent, unruly or disruptive manner or pose any kind of danger or discomfort to other visitors.
No objects that by their purpose or characteristics present a risk to the safety of persons, facilities or the Tower may be brought in. Such objects include but is not limited to;
The Management of the Colombo Lotus Tower reserves the right to question and/or physically inspect any visitor on suspicion that the person carries such object or on any other reasonable reason whatsoever.
No professional photography is allowed and if any professional photographs are required to be taken, prior permission should be obtained from the management of the Colombo Lotus Tower.
The safety of the personal goods and properties will have to be borne by the visitors and the Management of the Colombo Lotus Tower will not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods or properties.
No pets will be allowed inside the Lotus Tower Premises.
The visitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the management of the Colombo Lotus Tower, the employees of the Colombo Lotus Tower and the respective agents of the Colombo Lotus Tower, absolutely and forever, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, suits, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees, charges, and any other expenses whatsoever, including legal fees and expenses, in respect of
By accepting admission through the purchase of the ticket, the visitors agree to release the Management of the Colombo Lotus Tower in respect of any damage, loss, cost or expense of whatsoever nature suffered or incurred by any visitor or their property in contract, tort (including, without limitation, to negligence), trust, strict liability, as fiduciary or under any other cause of action, to the maximum extent permitted by the law of the country, even if the damage, loss, cost or expense of whatsoever nature is caused by the neglect or fault of the management of the Colombo Lotus Tower.
It is expressly set forth that the management of the Colombo Lotus Tower will not bear any liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, loss, cost or expense of whatsoever nature arising from the actions, inactions, and/or negligence of the independent contractors serving for the Colombo Lotus Tower.
The Management of the Colombo Lotus Tower reserves the rights at their sole discretion to change, modify, add, or delete the terms and conditions, or any portion hereof, at any time, without any advanced notice.
